The built-in dual temperature probes within the heating rod will immediately detect if the water temperature exceeds 94°F (34°C), and automatically stop the heating process to prevent the fish from being cooked. Simultaneously, the controller will display the "HH" error code and flash "Hi" to alert the owner.

Conversely, the low temperature protection feature ensures the heater will automatically activate when the water drops below 59°F (15°C). An audible alarm will sound, and the controller will show the "LL" error code and flash "Low" until the temperature rises above 59°F.

Furthermore, the anti-dry operation function is designed to prevent the heater from burning out in the event of low water levels. If the temperature sensor detects a water shortage, the heater will automatically shut off. The controller will then sound an alarm, display the "L1" error code, and flash "Auto Off" as a warning.

When changing the water, it is important to unplug the power and allow the heating rod to cool down before removing it from the tank, to avoid potential burns from residual heat.

This heater is suitable for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums, with wattage options ranging from 400W for 40-80 gallon tanks, up to 1000W for 130-260 gallon tanks. The control range for all models is 59-90°F.

The external digital controller features a high-definition LCD display, allowing you to easily monitor the current and set water temperatures, as well as the heating status. The separation of the heater and controller enhances waterproofing, and you can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius by pressing the setting button for 2-3 seconds.
